About
Jari is affiliated with VGA Law & ADR as a scientific collaborator within the corporate litigation team. Thanks to his analytical precision and academic background, he is a reliable asset in handling complex corporate disputes.
He obtained his research master of laws (magna cum laude) at KU Leuven and the Certificate in Transnational Law (summa cum laude) at the Université de Genève. During his studies, he gained experience at leading firms such as Quinz and Clifford Chance, and interned at the Belgian Supreme Court.
Jari is currently pursuing a PhD at the KU Leuven Institute for Trade and Insolvency Law and is also affiliated with Hasselt University. In addition, he serves as a senior editor at Rechtsstaatreporters.
At VGA, Jari supports our litigation team with in-depth legal research and analysis, combining academic rigour with a practical mindset.
